I grew up in Colorado Springs, Colorado. We moved to Utah in 2000. I graduated from Weber High School in 2003. All growing up I knew I wanted to do something that would help others, but I didn't know what exactly. It wasn't until 10 years later that I would figure that out and made a plan.

I decided to become a Massage Therapist. I attended Utah College of Massage Therapy in May 2013. I graduated from the Professional Massage Therapy Program in May 2014. Right after graduation, I began the Master Bodyworker Program and graduated in August 2014. During my studies, I was drawn to deep tissue and energy work and healing. I began my journey to become a Reiki Master in October 2018 and completed in December 2018.

I am incredibly excited to combine Bodywork and Reikito help my clients process and release on the physical, mental and spiritual levels! I am currently working on becoming a DDPY Level 1 Certified Instructor.

In my free time, I love spending time with my husband Troy and our three kids. Our dogs and cats keep us entertained and our home full of love. As a family, we enjoy spending our time outdoors. During the summer we enjoy camping and fishing as much as possible.
